I have heard about the lever for some time, having known a number of injured runners that have used it to return to running. I also listen to "Nobody Asked Us" and appreciated Kara Goucher's experience in using the lever. After having a major surgery (not a running injury), I knew I was going to need some help to get back to my running and decided to consider purchasing the lever.
